Installment Plans: If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments as agreed. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in loss of access to services, referral to collections, and/or additional fees.
Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate a chargeback with your credit card issuer. If you have a dispute regarding billing, you must contact us directly to resolve the matter.
4. Subscriptions & Cancellations
By enrolling in a membership or subscription plan, you authorize Malane Shani Global to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as specified at checkout).
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at malane@msglobal1.com at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.
No Refunds: Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable, including payments made prior to cancellation.
Upon cancellation, your access to the membership will be terminated immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions at our sole discretion if billing fails, if terms are violated, or for misuse of our services.
