The Conversation Black Women Have Been Waiting To Have.

the pillar to peace experience™

The Pillar to Peace Experience™ is a 60-minute keynote created specifically for high-achieving Black women. It is part reading, part frequency, part reckoning.

Through our innovative frameworks, immersive storytelling, original music, and guided reflection, participants discover the hidden patterns behind overfunctioning, over-responsibility, and self-abandonment, and begin creating a more peaceful way to live, love, work, and lead.

This is not just a talk. This is an experience your audience will still be talking about a year from now.

Why This Conversation Matters Now

For generations, Black women have been celebrated for their strength, resilience, and ability to carry what others cannot. But behind that strength is a deeper conversation about the cost of always being the one who holds everything together.

Through her decades of work with women, Malane Shani created The Pillar to Peace Experience™ to name this lived experience and guide women toward restoration.

At a time when Black women across America continue to navigate the complexities of achievement, responsibility, expectation, and visibility, there is a growing desire to move beyond simply being strong, and toward a life that honors their humanity, needs, and well-being.

the experience

What happens in the room

Malane opens with the Pillar Archetype Framework™, six archetypes that name the exact way a high-achieving woman carries what was never hers to carry. Within ten minutes, every woman present has found herself inside of them.

She reads from Pillar to Peace: A Sacred Restoration for Black Women in America. Then the room goes quiet, and the anthem written for that passage plays. Original music from the Pillar to Peace Anthems catalog, recorded at 432Hz. This is the moment the room breaks open. The reading names it. The frequency moves it.

The women leave with language for what they have been carrying, a first step they can actually take, and an invitation into the community that keeps the work going.

The Format

● Arrival: the room is tuned by a Pillar to Peace Anthem before a word is spoken.
● The Naming: the Pillar Archetype Framework™, delivered live.
● The Reading: a passage from Pillar to Peace: A Sacred Restoration for Black Women in America, selected for your audience.
● The Frequency: the paired anthem, at 432Hz.
● The Room Work: one question, answered out loud or on the page.
● The Close: invitation to the Sacred Restoration™ journey.

Runs 60 minutes. Delivered virtually. Fully adaptable to your program length.

THE METHODOLOGY

Inside the experience

The Pillar to Peace Experience™ brings together Malane’s signature body of work into a single immersive keynote, moving participants from recognition to restoration in one continuous arc. This 60 minute keynote experience is delivered virtually, with in-person engagements beginning in 2027.

the pattern

The Pillar Archetype™ Framework

Created by Malane Shani, the Pillar Archetype Framework™ helps Black women recognize the inherited roles, expectations, and generational survival patterns that have shaped how they think, lead, love, and live. They discover what they've been carrying was never theirs and gain the tools to put it down.

the story

Pillar to Peace: A Sacred Restoration for Black women in america

Through a powerful reading from Pillar to Peace, Malane gives language to an experience generations of Black women have lived yet rarely seen reflected. As the story unfolds, women recognize how strength became expectation, how survival became identity, and how restoration begins when a new story becomes possible.

the frequency

The Pillar to Peace Anthems™

These original 432Hz anthems are written and executive produced by Malane Shani, and intentionally woven throughout the experience to create space for reflection, emotional release, and deeper integration. The music doesn't simply accompany the message, it helps women embody it.

the return

The Sacred Restoration Framework™

The Sacred Restoration™ Framework is the ongoing practice of returning to peace after recognizing the weight of the Pillar Archetype™. It guides women through the process of releasing the patterns that taught them to carry everything, while reconnecting with their intuition, inner authority, and the boundaries that protect their restoration. Restoration is not a single moment; it is a way of living, choosing, and returning to themselves again and again.

Our signature keynote topics

topic 1

You Healed Correctly. The Destination Was Never Freedom.

The Overlooked Difference Between Healing and
Freedom, and Why So Many Successful Women Still Feel Stuck

Best For: Women's conferences, faith communities, wellness summits, corporate keynotes, any room with accomplished women

Healing works on the wound. Freedom restores the original woman underneath it, and those are not the same project. In this talk, Malane names the distinction that explains why so many accomplished women have done the therapy, read the books, done the work, and still feel like something is missing. She draws on over 4 decades of experience and her own restoration to show audiences where healing stops and freedom begins.

AUDIENCE LEAVES WITH

  • The precise difference between healing and freedom

  • Language for why years of inner work have not produced full peace

  • The first sovereign question that begins the return to self

  • One concrete step to take before they leave the room

topic 2

The Role You Never Agreed To

Six Ways High-Achieving Women Carry What Was Never Theirs, Named Live in the Room

Best For: Women's leadership conferences, corporate ERGs, sororities and professional women's organizations, faith communities, universities

Every high-achieving woman is carrying a role she did not choose. In this interactive talk, Malane introduces the Pillar Archetype Framework™ live, walking the room through six roles women fall into when they carry what belongs to someone else. Within minutes, most women in the room recognize themselves. This talk turns a keynote into a shared moment of recognition, not a lecture.

AUDIENCE LEAVES WITH

  • Their own role named and recognized

  • Clarity on what was assigned to them versus what they chose

  • A shared moment of recognition experienced with the room

  • The first move toward setting the role down

topic 3

Brilliant and Bracing for Impact

Why High-Achieving Women Shrink to Stay Safe, and How to Reclaim the Space They've Been Giving Away

Best For: Executive women's programs, leadership development, corporate ERGs, women's conferences

She is capable, and every room feels it, yet she minimizes herself automatically: softening her certainty, qualifying her knowing, staying small so no one calls her arrogant for understanding her own worth. Malane names this pattern and walks the room through the reckonings required to reverse it: grieving what the smallness cost, naming what she actually knows, and releasing the belief that her brilliance is a threat.

AUDIENCE LEAVES WITH

  • The pattern of self-minimizing named and recognized

  • The three reckonings required to reclaim what has been minimized

  • Permission to take up the space they have been giving away

  • One practice for the moment they catch themselves shrinking

topic 4

The Controlled Demolition

How to Dismantle What No Longer Serves You Without Burning Your Life Down

Ideal For: Career-transition audiences, leadership and executive coaching contexts, women's conferences, corporate programs on change and burnout

Most women exit an old role one of two ways: they collapse out of it in a moment of exhausted rage, or they dismantle it on purpose. Malane teaches the second path. This talk walks the room through five steps for sustainable, deliberate change: permission, inventory, withdrawal, daily practice, and new architecture, so audiences leave with a method, not just motivation.

AUDIENCE LEAVES WITH

  • The difference between collapsing out of a role and dismantling it on purpose

  • A five-step process for change without wreckage

  • One inventory question to begin with today

  • The distinction between being done with something and being free of it

topic 5

Successful Is Not the Same as Free

How High-Achieving Women Learn to Perform, What It Costs Them, and What Peace Actually Requires

Ideal For: Corporate ERGs, executive leadership teams, DEI and wellness initiatives, HR and people leadership audiences

The highest performers in any organization are often the best at hiding how depleted they are, because depletion doesn't show up in the numbers until it's a resignation letter or a health crisis. Malane names the gap between performing success and living free, and gives leadership teams language for what their highest performers actually need, not more recognition, but real peace.

AUDIENCE LEAVES WITH

  • The distinction between performing success and living free

  • What burnout looks like in a woman who is thriving by every external measure

  • What organizations get wrong about supporting their highest performers

  • A working definition of peace that does not depend on circumstances

THE DIFFERENCE

What Women Leave With

Every element of Malane Shani’s Pillar to Peace Experience™ is intentionally designed to create meaningful transformation in the way Black women think, feel, and live long after they leave the room. Each engagement extends beyond the keynote through access to the Inner Lifestyle Suite, creating an opportunity for continued learning, integration, and restoration.

Lasting Transformation

Women leave with more than ideas. They leave with a breakthrough, a shift in perspective, and a practical next step that begins changing their lives immediately.

Deep Reconnection

Women reconnect with themselves in ways they often haven't experienced in years. They rediscover forgotten dreams, uncover hidden truths, and remember the woman beneath the expectations.

New Language for a New Life

Many women finally find words for experiences they've carried for years. What once felt confusing suddenly makes sense, giving them the clarity to move forward with confidence and intention.

A Continued Practice

The keynote is the beginning, not the end, of the restoration journey. Through the Inner Lifestyle Suite, women have access to ongoing learning, reflective practices, and community support that help them continue moving from Pillar to Peace long after the experience ends.

Previous Partnerships

Malane has brought this work into rooms across corporate, academic, and faith spaces, including virtual keynote sessions for teams within Mary Kay, a co-facilitated six-month leadership program at Spelman College for the Bonner Scholars, and a program at Peace Baptist Church centered on emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership. Her work has also reached women through nonprofit and community organizations, including transitional housing programs, meeting Black women wherever they are in their restoration journey.
